Tomato, onion, green pepper, citrus vinegar, olive oil – A fresh take on Brazil’s classic table salad, balancing acidity, crunch, and brightness.

White fish, coconut milk, lime, coriander, dendê oil – A lighter interpretation of Brazil’s iconic coastal stew, focused on clarity and warmth.

Black beans, slow-cooked pork or mushrooms, orange zest, toasted farofa – A contemporary version of Brazil’s most beloved comfort dish, rich and deeply satisfying.

Char-grilled beef or marinated vegetables, cassava purée, chimichurri verde – Inspired by open-fire cooking and Brazil’s vibrant grill culture.

The Brazil menu brought back memories my travels in 2023. Receiving the Brigadero Ring at the end of the night by Mei made it feel complete! Like taking the warmth and memories of the meal home with me.
