Visually, the dish is defined by glossy oyster surfaces, golden pan-fried edges, and bright green herbs. These elements are reflected in the jewellery design through opal-like gemstones that reference oyster sheen, warm gold accents that mirror the cooked egg and starch base, and green stones inspired by herbs such as cilantro or scallions. Oyster omelets are typically prepared on flat griddles and served immediately after cooking.
Discovery
Aisha and Cate encountered oyster omelets at a busy night market stall in Kaohsiung known for seafood dishes. They observed how the omelet’s surface changes as starch sets and oysters release moisture.
